It's a huge week in New York City for people who care about the environment. We're excited to be partnering with the People's Climate March to help mobilize NYC!

 10. Start by reading this newly released study by the National Audubon Society and sharing the important (and impressive) work with your friends. 

9. Skip happy hour to go and watch a screening of Disruption. 

8. Attend a lecture on The Science of Environment & Climate Change on Sunday in Brooklyn.

7. Bring your old electronics to one of the various locations this weekend so they can be recycled responsibly.

6. Plant new tree beds on Friday with the Lower East Side Ecology Center and Million Trees NY

5. Jump into a boat on Saturday to help clean up the shoreline of Concrete Plant Park with the Bronx River Alliance

4. Beach Clean up with the National Parks Service at Fort Tilden.

3. Help protect local wetlands with Riverkeeper on Saturday's International Coastal Cleanup Day at Randall’s Island.

3. Join Surfrider Foundations BYOBag week to help reduce plastic bag usage in NYC and support single-use bag legislation in NYC. 

2. Help spread the word on the Peoples Climate March today.

1. Join thousands of people in the largest climate march in history this Sunday at the People's Climate March.
