2018

Five years in and we’re still adding and exploring. This year, we launched our first ultra run and an all ages volunteer day for our closing “party"

2017

Fly fishing officially entered onto the OutdoorFest Scene, Outside Magazine wrote about us, and we hosted the Global City Balance Challenge for Slacklining!

2016

2016 brought us mountain biking, a circumnavigation of Governors Island by kayak, and a 24-hour campout on Staten Island.

2015

In 2015, we launched the Adaptive Climbing competition, the first headlamp 5k run to kick of the festival and heard from Ashima Shiraishi and Will Gadd.

2014

Our first year included everything from yoga in all five boroughs to rock climbing in Central Park to a closing address from arctic explorer Barbara Hillary.
