The Annual Cycling Circuit: Meditation, Cycling & Yoga

LifeCycle Biking is hosting the The Annual Cycling Circuit - also called the BE WELL Triad. The Circuit is a meditation, cycling, and yoga fundraiser that supports a local, wellness focused non profit. This year's beneficiary is Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration and their Center for Healthy Neighborhoods initiative. LifeCycle is supporting health equity through access to healthy food and physical activity for all communities.

The Annual Cycling Circuit is a fully supported ride with stocked hydration stations, on the road support vehicles, ride marshals, and a plethora of community cheerleaders. On the event day, Saturday, September 23, 2017, LifeCycle Biking will host a collective meditation prior to the ride to set cycling intentions, have participants take place in either a 25km, 50km or 100km bike ride throughout Brooklyn and Queens then return to enjoy the complimentary Wellness Wrap Up- where there will be great beats, healthy treats and yoga classes to stretch out those active muscles! Free Citi Bike rentals are available, first come first serve, to riders interested in the 25km route.
